I'm sure that this system is partially influenced by geography and culture, so I don't like to overly generalize, but when I speak about chronotypes to American audiences, I get a lot of affirmative head-nodding.

I've found that the best way to move through life without resentment piling up, is to learn to recognize when you've done all you can do.
