2. High Five Habit | Mel Robbins: a simple, science-backed habit that can make changing your life, easier.
3. Existential Kink | Carolyn Elliot: if you've read "self-help" books and they haven't resonated with you, try this one. It's more "intuitive" in our opinion, and it helps us unlock long-standing issues that we were having trouble with.
4. Good Inside | Becky Kennedy: this book helped Natascha be a better parent!
5. Sapiens | Yuval Noah Harari: a sweeping overview that will have you better understanding your humanity but also a warning message.
6. Find a Way | Diana Nyad: inspiring book that proves you are never too old to pursue your dreams and that previous "failures" are just lessons you needed to learn.
7. Outlive | Peter Attia: the best "health and nutrition 101" book we've read although it doesn't talk about hormones which is why you should read XX Brain.
8. The XX Brain | Lisa Mosconi: every woman should read this book, preferably before 30.
9. Kindred | Octavia Butler: a sci-fi, time-travel book where a 20th-century Black woman is sent back in time to save the white man who is her ancestor and is a slave-owner. This is the kind of fiction that is like virtual reality history.
