2) Start doing the new activity 7-10 days before the date. Why? It's like a running start, it gets you excited before your fresh start has even started!
3) Define how many times a week you want to do the activity and track it! This will help you establish a habit that serves you. Brain science says it takes 2-3 months to establish a habit. The more fun you can make this process, the faster it will get cemented in your brain!
